High frame rate (60 to 90fps) stereo depth estimation¶

Low cost stereo-vision solution on dsp/intel platforms using two high speed(usb 3.0) compact cameras and advanced, low complex depth estimation algorithm. My algorithm is capable of running at high frame rate on low cost dsp platforms.
Other existing stereo depth estimation needs FPGA or GPU platform for real-time processing at 30fps, increasing the product cost and also working at lower frame rate.
By using good quality, high frame rate Ximea cameras and Fast stereo vision algorithm, it would be possible to reduce the reaction time for different time critical Automotive applications (like collision avoidance and motion prediction).
