USB 3.0 cameras Scientific XIMEA vision logo  xiD - family is a special series of USB 3.0 cameras which are based on CCD sensors from Sony with "EXview HAD CCD II" pixel technology. It was built keeping in mind the specific needs of scientific applications and therefore provides ultra-low read-out noise, clear 14 bits/pixel images in all modes, partial readout and several binning modes with enhanced sensitivity and exceptionally high frame rates up to 60 fps achieved via 4 tap readout with 14 bit ADC. Resolutions range from 2.8 Mpix to 1 Mpix. Peltier cooling available.
