There are no effective differences between USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 interface. Products labeled as USB 3.1 Gen 1 run at the same speed of 5 GBit/s and
use the same connectors (or can use additional ones like USB 3.1 Type-C) as well as transfer the same amount of power. SuperSpeed USB trade name and logo stays the same for USB-IF certified devices.
